Dalgona coffee is a type of whipped coffee which is usually made by whisking instant coffee, sugar and hot water. The result is a light and fluffy coffee foam which you can add to cold or hot milk for a light and airy alternative to regular coffee.

WHIPPED DALGONA SHROOM COFFEE RECIPE

HEALTHY, VEAGN, GLUTEN-FREE & DAIRY-FREE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons Shroom Coffee (30g)
  • 3 tablespoons Organic coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoons boiling hot water
  • 150ml oat milk
  • Handful ice

METHOD:

  1. Combine the Shroom Coffee, coconut sugar and hot water in a glass bowl
  2. Whisk using electric whisker for 3-5 minutes until frothy and thick
  3. Pour milk over ice in a tall glass and top with your Dalgona coffee whip
